All the best for the holidays – and a surprise REFLECTION exercise at the end
Happy Advent, Merry Christmas and ALL the BEST for 2023 from Jehle Coaching!
Here’s my annual blog with the traditional addendum of a time of personal reflection for you at the end. I hope your year has been as full and profitable as mine!
Here is the annual Jehle Coaching “Report”
2022 has been a productive year with my coaching, supervision and consulting business. Here are some of my recent activities:
· General business coaching and career coaching (including transitions)
· Start-up coaching with one client
· Leadership Supervision with one client
· General Supervision mostly in my “intervision” groups (yes, I attend two, now)
· Burnout and Resilience Coaching and Supervision with one/two client(s)
· Executive and management coaching, specifically for owners and leaders of SMEs with two clients
· Becoming a better boss Coaching and Supervision with one client
· Expat coaching (intercultural transition and adjustments) – not this year, really, although it “comes in” with a few clients
· Time-management and Self-Management (resource management) coaching
· Decision-making coaching with two clients
· Conflicts at work coaching – not so much this year, except in intervision
· Coaching people with slash careers (ask if you are curious)
· Starting a coaching business for coaches, including mentoring
· Mentoring – which I LOVE
· Continuing to assist friends who are artists and creatives in many different ways - not always just coaching, but also consulting and just “being there” for them
· Being there as a support in difficult times
· Introvision Coaching and in Supervision (ask, if you don’t know what it means)- certified
· Masterminds (a kind of (small) group problem-solving coaching) – just really in one case this year
· Counseling and Spiritual Direction with two clients
· Life-Coaching – (certified) – with one client
· TRAINING – leadership, teams, and also presentations, mostly in conjunction with Fachhochschulen, but also in-company.
I am looking for two (maximum) MORE/NEW clients in January/February 2022 (and the additional training days here and there)
At this very moment in “almost December”, I am full-up and cannot take any new clients (and have had a record earning year). But as of the New Year I will have more space as I only each one class, so soon I will be able to make space and time for new clients.
Check out my website for all my services: www.jehle-coaching.com and I look forward to hearing from a few of you (first come, first served!).
NEW: EASC Board Membership!
As of September, of this year I have been elected on the board of EASC, my coaching and supervision certification organization. I have just started but have already been given a mandate to work with other coaching association in Europe on ethical issues and intervision. I am curious what will happen with this new endeavor.
I still love teaching at the FHNW (and Careum, too!)
It’s amazing that I have stayed with one job for more than fifteen years – and that means something: I love it, although I will be retiring in a few years, especially at the FHNW – I will be keeping the small sideline teaching at Careum for a while.
Last Year I spoke at Stronger 2022 – and now in 2023, I will participate, too
I was invited to participate in the Stronger 2022 and now I will do the same on Friday January 13th of next year. This is an opportunity for everyone to join in an online “conversation” about leadership, start-ups and much more. I feel very honored to be one of the speakers once again: https://www.strongernetwork.com
Yes, I’m still writing after all these years!
I haven’t stopped blogging and, still have a few on-going bigger projects, too (a novel plus another self-help book) – one is published: https://www.amazon.com/Reach-mountain-top-Starting-Switzerland-ebook/dp/B09CZ7W225/ref=sr_1_9?keywords=Jehle&qid=1638297745&s=digital-text&sr=1-9 and I do so like writing these blogs. If you want to sign up to receive them, give me a shout!
Supervision training and certification is over, and I have been doing some member care training, including debriefing training.
Last year I also took a Group and Team Dynamic experiential course with Olaf Geramanis at my school (FHNW), but it was “off-site” in the Swiss mountains.
NOW for us ALL:
Let’s ALL REFLECT and
LOOK FORWARD TO 2023!
Finally, I look forward to this holiday season.
For me it’s a time where I can step back, take a breath, reflect on the good and the hard, learn from everything and anticipate an exciting New Year to come! I hope you are doing the same. What has 2021 been like for you?
Below are some questions for you to reflect on.
Questions for you to think about:
· What great thing have you accomplished? (Celebrate it!)
· What was challenging for you this year and what did you do to overcome the challenge? (Pat yourself on the back!)
· What did I do to help others this year- think of three things. (Thank yourself, and God)
· What could I have done to make this year better, either for me or for someone else? (Can it still be done? Do it, now!)
· Which book that I read this year still sticks with me and why? (Give it a re-read/re-skim.)
· On a scale of 1-10, how did I do this year? What would made it better?
· What will I do differently next year? How will I know that I have accomplished it?
May you, your work and your loved ones be blessed this season and throughout 2023!
Merry Christmas and a Happy 2023!
