Pricing
There is always a free "pre-coaching" meeting opportunity; 30 minutes for individuals and 45 minutes for businesses and teams, and the meeting is possible online, by phone, or in person near Baden or Zürich HB (see above).
Indvidual Coaching
I charge 180 CHF per hour, but for contracts with more than six sessions, a discount may apply. There are considerations for the unemployed and for students, to be discussed.
Corporate Coaching for Businesses and Teams
I charge 250 CHF per hour.
OQM Consulting
I charge 250 CHF per hour, but the first meeting is not charged on the hourly rate, and the tool itself has its own charging scheme.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SCOPE AND SUBJECT MATTER OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
These cover all activities of JEHLE COACHING (hereinafter referred to as Service Provider/Organizer), a product with services such as individual coaching, couple coaching, team coaching, workshops, trainings sessions, vacations/retreats, community events, etc. and/or unnamed contractual agreements, which are related to said business activities.
The Service Provider primarily provides fee-based services for coaching, supervision, consultation, and counseling. The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are applicable to the purchase of any services of the Participants, which are obtained in any way (by telephone, email, Internet, mobile, etc.) from the Service Provider. A subscriber is any natural or legal person who uses services provided by the service provider or who has registered with the service provider to receive such services. By using one or more services, the participant irrevocably agrees to the application of these GTC.
Likewise, our GTCs apply in full and in addition/differently for courses abroad or holidays/retreats.
2. GENERAL
2.1
For all coaching and other sessions, courses, workshops, trainings, private lessons, as well as other events, namely also coaching (etc.) holidays/retreats, the following general terms and conditions apply as agreed. At the latest with the binding registration, these terms and conditions are considered legally binding and accepted by the course participant.
2.2
Amendments to these general terms and conditions are generally excluded and, in the case of deviating special agreements, shall only be valid if they have been agreed upon in writing.
Any such agreed changes to the Terms and Conditions shall in any case only be valid for the respective legal transaction, expressly not for subsequent transactions or new registrations after the end of a Coaching, Workshop, Individual Lesson or the respective Event. 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The services include the implementation and organization of individual coaching, couple coaching, team coaching, workshops, trainings sessions, vacations/retreats, community events in Switzerland and abroad.
4. COSTS, PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
4.1
The current costs will be sent in writing upon request.
4.2
Registration for all offers, (exception package, see pt. 4.3) are legally binding with their deposits by e-mail, SMS, mail or reservation payment. In the case of telephone registrations, these will be confirmed by e-mail, with receipt of the confirmation e-mail on the part of the participant, these registrations are also legally binding, and can be invoiced. After we have received the registration, we will send the participant a reservation confirmation e-mail including an invoice for the payment of the course.
The payment due date listed there is binding. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered a cancellation.
4.3
Full payment for coaching sessions/subscriptions/courses shall be made in each case before the session/course. Unless otherwise agreed or stated, payment shall be made by bank payment, bank transfer, online or in cash no later than two days before the first day of the course. If the appointment is made via the online booking tool, payment will be made right there (stored that way for system purposes), unless a subscription is available. If a package is available, the booked appointment will be deducted from the subscription.
5. CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION TERMS (REFUND)
5.1 Coaching sessions and talk therapy sessions
Paid course fees for packages are non-refundable
5.2 Workshops or Training Sessions
If a participant is unable to attend a workshop or training, he/she always has the option of finding a substitute course and time. This must be done in writing by e-mail, stating the name/first name and e-mail address of the substitute person.
The waiver or refund of the course fee is regulated as follows:

up to 2 months before the start of the event: 25% of the course fee
up to 11 days before the start of the event: 50% of the course fee
less than 11 days before the start of the event: 100% of the course fee
Lessons not attended cannot be made up and will not be refunded. In case of absence (illness, workload, other reasons), there is no right to any refund.
5.3 Private coaching, supervision, counseling, and consulting (and possibly training)
Cancellations will only be accepted if the appropriate information is received by phone, email, or text message at least 24 hours prior to the start of session.
5.4
The coach/supervisor/trainer reserves the right to cancel sessions - even at short notice - in the event of illness or unforeseeable circumstances. Participant(s) will be informed of a cancellation as soon as possible by email or SMS (etc.) except for unforeseeable cancellations, as well as the new date for the session.
5.5
To be able to conduct our workshops/training/events under optimal conditions, we set a minimum and a maximum number of participants depending on the event/course. If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will generally not be held, and then the course costs will be refunded.
6. ELIGIBILITY, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
6.1
Existing mental or physical health restrictions are to be reported to the course management at the latest a week before the beginning of the course/workshop/event/session. Should a health restriction occur during the course/workshop/event/meeting, the course management is to be informed immediately.
Each participant takes part in these courses on his/her own responsibility, so that it is also at the discretion of the respective participant to seek medical advice before participating in the courses/events/workshops. Should a course participant have doubts about his/her health or mental fitness to participate, it is recommended that he/she seek appropriate professional advice before registering.
7. LIABILITY
7.1
The organizer, JEHLE COACHING, as well as the trainers, assume liability for the proper execution of the courses/events/workshops within the framework of the legal warranty provisions. Any liability beyond this, under the title of compensation for damages, is expressly excluded. The organizers therefore accept no liability whatsoever, no liability in the event of concealment of any physical or mental ailments which make participation in the events/sessions/workshops inadvisable.
The course management reserves the right to refuse participants if the course management is of the opinion that the health or psychological requirements for participation in the course are not met. This refusal can also be made at short notice or even during ongoing courses. In the event of the participant's refusal, the course fee will be refunded to the participant (on a pro rata basis).
7.2
Participants use the course facilities and offers at their own risk. No liability is assumed for valuables brought by participants.
7.3
For all sessions, courses, training sessions, events and holidays/retreats organized by JEHLE COACHING we exclude any liability for any damages incurred. You are therefore responsible for having sufficient insurance coverage yourself. JEHLE COACHING cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.
8. COACHING VACATIONS / VARIOUS RETREATS
8.1 Registration and Booking
Registration is done via e-mail or contact form. After the registration has been received, we will send the participant an email confirmation with the bank details for the payment of the holidays/retreats/training. The payment date listed there is binding. The registration is binding and obligates to pay the vacation money. Non-payment of the vacation fee is not considered a cancellation. If the number of participants is limited, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The date of receipt of the bank transfer shall apply.
8.2 Terms of payment/payment/residual payment
Upon registration, a reservation confirmation will be sent. The payment conditions contained therein are binding. If the payment is not made in time, JEHLE COACHING can refuse the travel services and claim the cancellation costs.
8.3 Cancellation conditions/cancellation costs
In case of cancellation the following cancellation fees will be charged: up to 60 days before departure CHF 500.- for retreats abroad. In case of cancellation at a later date, a refund of the total costs is excluded. The participant has the possibility to name a substitute participant. This must be done at the same time as the cancellation. A handling fee of CHF 100.- will be charged as well as any rebooking costs (space, etc.).
8.4 Program changes
Program as well as changes of individual services (accommodation, tour guide, teachers, means of transport) due to unforeseeable circumstances or safety reasons, are expressly reserved and are hereby accepted by the customer. In this case, any additional costs shall be borne by the customer.
8.9 Liability
The liability of JEHLE COACHING is in any case limited to the amount and scope of the agreed offer and covers only the direct damage. JEHLE COACHING will compensate you for the loss of agreed services if it was not possible to provide an equivalent substitute service on the spot. JEHLE COACHING is not liable if the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the contract is due to the following causes:
- to omission of the participants before or during the trip
- to unforeseeable or unavoidable failures of a third party not involved in the provision of the contracted service.
- to force majeure or to an event which JEHLE COACHING, the agent or the service provider could not foresee or avert despite due diligence.
8.10 Personal and health requirements
Good health and stable mental condition are required for the trips. The participant participates on his own responsibility and is obliged to inform the course management about any physical and/or mental impairments. If necessary, he/she will seek the advice of an appropriate doctor or psychotherapist before participating. If a participant does not meet the physical or psychological requirements, the tour guide can exclude the participant from the (further) trip. Return travel costs, etc. are the responsibility of the participant and the paid travel price cannot be refunded.
8.11 Travel insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participant in all respects. We advise each participant to take out the following insurances: Travel cancellation insurance, health insurance and accident insurance.
8.12 General insurance conditions
For all sessions, courses, events, trainings, workshops, and holidays/retreats organized by JEHLE COACHING we exclude any liability for damages incurred. You are therefore responsible for having sufficient insurance coverage yourself. JEHLE COACHING cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items. In any case, it is the responsibility of the participants in your country of domicile to have sufficient health/accident insurance with coverage at home and abroad.
8.13 Program and price changes
Program and price changes as well as changes in the general terms and conditions are reserved.
9. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, PLACE OF JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE LAW
9.1
The place of performance of all obligations shall be the registered office of JEHLE COACHING. Place of performance is therefore 5423 Freienwil, Switzerland.
9.2
Swiss law shall apply; for any disputes a Aargau arbitration board shall be consulted in a first instance. In the event of any further disputes which cannot be settled by the arbitration board, it is agreed that the respective court in Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction within the scope of its respective value jurisdiction.
9.3
Should individual partial provisions of these General Terms and Conditions as well as any individual contracts to be concluded be or become void, ineffective, or contestable, the remaining (partial) provisions shall remain unaffected and shall then be interpreted or supplemented in such a way that the intended economic purpose is achieved as closely as possible in legal terms.
9.4
Verbal side agreements are not made. All agreements are either by written contract or by email (CV checks). Changes and additions to these GTC's and all membership contracts must be made in writing.
10. DATA PROTECTION SEE GDPR
The course management commits itself to treat personal data and information confidentially and not to pass them on to third parties. Excluded from this is the disclosure of data to employees and business partners for organizational reasons. Likewise, the participant agrees to keep information about other course participants confidential. Please see the GDPR section of the website or contact the management at patricia@jehle-coaching.com
11. MISCELLANEOUS/MISCELLANEOUS
JEHLE COACHING uses photos of events on its own website or in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and any other social media platforms on which possibly participants can be recognized. Should this happen against the will of a person, he/she can request JEHLE COACHING to remove his/her person on the picture. Further and own claims cannot be asserted.
